Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, via DHL Express or FedEx. Shipping is free on all orders placed through this website.

• Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed. Every item is checked against your order before it is packed.
• Items are packed for international express freight to protect them in transit.
• When your order is dispatched, we email you the courier tracking number.
• Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. Couriers may contact you about delivery or customs clearance.

Customs, duties & taxes

We ship the item only. Import duties, customs fees and any VAT or taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer, not by us. These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping.

Every shipment includes a commercial invoice for customs. If you are not sure what your country charges on imported equipment, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. The buyer pays the return shipping.

1. Email us with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back.
2. We will confirm the return and send you the return address.
3. Pack the item securely, in the same condition you received it, with all parts and accessories.
4. Send it with a tracked service and share the tracking number with us.

Damaged or not as described

If an item arrives damaged or does not match its listing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. Please do this before sending the item back, so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived and been checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method. You will receive an email when the refund has been issued.

Questions before you order? For equipment where fit or compatibility matters, send us your application or existing part number first. We would rather confirm compatibility upfront than process a return.
