This website is operated by Shah Zaib General Trading LLC SPC, trading as Next-Era Automation, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Next-Era Automation.

Quote and contact requests: the details you enter in our forms, such as your name, email address, part numbers, quantities and your message.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment form and are never sent to or stored on our servers. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment information it processes.

To process, pack and ship your order and send you order and tracking emails.
To reply to your quote requests and messages.
To provide customer service, including returns and refunds.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Couriers (DHL Express or FedEx), who need your name, address, phone number and shipment details to deliver your order and clear customs.
Stripe, to process your payment.

Some of these providers are located outside the United Arab Emirates, so your information may be processed in other countries.
