The terms that apply when you buy from Next-Era Automation through this website.
This website is operated by Shah Zaib General Trading LLC SPC, trading as Next-Era Automation, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms.
We sell new, used and surplus industrial equipment. Each listing states the condition of the item and describes any testing performed and any known faults. Photos show the actual unit you will receive.
Unless a listing states otherwise, used and surplus items do not come with a manufacturer warranty.
You are responsible for making sure that a part is suitable and compatible with your system before ordering. We are happy to help: send us your existing part number, nameplate photo or panel model and we will check it for you.
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown in error, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item in full.
Shipping, customs and returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: free worldwide shipping, import duties and taxes paid by the buyer, and 14 days to return an item with return shipping paid by the buyer.
Industrial, access control and fire alarm equipment must be installed and commissioned by qualified personnel, in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and local regulations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the item, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as downtime, loss of production or installation costs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Abu Dhabi.
